what’s included—
All day use of venue
Unlike many other venues who fill multiple time-slots with multiple events in one day, you book our venue for the entire day to use as you see fit (7am - 10pm).
Early access to venue for prep
Something that sets our venue apart is our ability to allow set-up to begin the day before the wedding. This is helpful for you to design the space to your liking without the constraint of time, and makes the morning of the wedding go more smoothly.
Timeline planning assistance
After 8 years of experience in the wedding industry, we’re confident in our understanding for the ideal wedding timeline. We will help you work out your timeline in a way that’s tailored to the individual needs of your wedding.
On-site coordinator
You’ll be assigned a venue coordinator who will be present for the day of the wedding to help everything run smoothly. This will include answering any questions, solving any venue related issues, as well as keeping you aware of where you’re at on your timeline.
Vendor connections
We have connections to multiple vendors including lighting, table & chair rentals, photography, catering, and decor. If you choose to use a vendor, it will be worked into your price. We will handle communication and set-up with each vendor.
Trash haul away & bathroom clean up
After your wedding, it’s required for you to clean up all trash and decor. We will handle the deep cleaning of the bathrooms and barn, as well as haul away all the filled trash bags.

The Greenbarn is located in a residential neighborhood and does have a noise ordinance of 10pm that we strictly enforce. Any loud music will need to be off at that time. The venue must be emptied and cleaned by 11pm.

The interior of the barn is not ideal for use as a ceremony or reception space during the very hot or very cold months. It was designed to be a greenhouse, and the heating/cooling system requires fans to be on to regulate temperature. That said, we can discuss your options if your heart is set on using it!

There is no living space on the property. The bathrooms are provided via portable trailer. The bathroom trailer is event-quality with multiple stalls.

Yes, the train passes by multiple times a day, so you should expect for it to pass at least once during your wedding. While we find it is a great touch to the backyard country feel, we also know it is something you need to be aware of and plan for. The trains are short commuters and we are located in a "no blow" zone.
